The biggest drawback to this product is that the instructions were not sufficiently detailed and there are at least two items included for which there does not appear to be a discernible purpose.
I saw some videos online of the various things this little handheld can clean and decided to buy one for myself and see if it was worth all the hype. IT IS! It's easy to set up, quick to heat up and comes with a number of different attachments. The included fill cup makes it easy to fill without spilling. I like that the cord has an attached velcro wrap to organize the cord when not in use. The first place I wanted to try it out was the disgusting track for the sliding door that's nearly impossible to clean. You can see in the images that after about 20 seconds of blasting it with steam, with the quick wipe of a paper towel it looks brand new. I found myself marching around the house looking for all those tough to clean areas that never get the attention they deserve. It made quick work of some moldy areas in the shower grout corners. It was awesome on the stove top cleaning burnt on grime and getting around the burners. This is a great value and purchase you won't be disappointed in.
No idea how I was cleaning prior to this prod. Well, it turns out I wasn't, cause the amount of dirt that came out from all over the house is insane. Super easy and satisfying to use and does easily remove the stains EVERYWHERE. Def worth a buy!

I love this steam shot for cleaning small areas in my home that I have just ignored over time. I started with my washing machine dispensing area where you can add bleach or detergent. There is no way I could have cleaned out the grime without this steam shot. Also used it for the goop and grime around my bathroom and kitchen sink handles. It worked amazing! Plan to try it on my bathroom tile grout next and some tight and hard to clean areas in my car. Super excited about this product and give it a thumbs up!
