My toddlers ( 2 & 4 years old) love this toothbrush! We use foam toothpaste which works best for this unique U shape brush head. There are several different settings but I just select the first one & the brush vibrates for about 30 secs. We do that 3x & slowly move the dinosaur from “ear to ear.” Similar brushes are $100-200, I was apprehensive since this was a fraction of the price.
